Baadstorp is known for educating A+ students, no less.
Our standards are very high and so are our requirements for our employees. Only the most passionate zealots get an apprenticeship at Baadstorp, as they must represent Danish craftsmanship at its best, the high standard of the company, and the future of the goldsmith profession.

It is important to us that our students know what they are doing and what they are talking about. We strive to fill their heads with knowledge and their hands with experience.

We currently have 4 very talented students who are already at a much higher level than many educated goldsmiths, and we are therefore confident in letting them make jewellery and repairs for our customers.
